How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 13–20 days of being placed, with tracking on every order. See our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or enter your order number on our Track Order page.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll send return instructions and the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong. See our Return Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you. In most cases you won't need to send it back.

How often should I clean the fountain?

We recommend rinsing it weekly to keep water fresh. Replacement filters are sold separately.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus the wallet options shown at checkout. Checkout is secured by Shopify.

What if my order is late?

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us. We'll trace it and send a replacement or give you a full refund.
