Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 13–20 days of being placed, including processing time.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check our Track Order page.

Shipping cost

Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders with more than one item

Items may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Late or lost orders

Carriers sometimes run late, especially around holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us through our Contact page. We'll trace it and send a replacement or give you a full refund.

If your order will ship later than we stated, we'll let you know with a new expected date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Your shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can only change the address before your order ships.
